View Talay 5 D is a 21 floor condo building that was completed in 2007. Upon completion there were a total of 1968 condos in the building serviced by three elevators, although many have since been combined to make larger units. View Talay 5 D is located just south of the traffic light at Thappraya and Thepprasit Roads in Jomtien. The building has a large communal pool, parking and 24-hour security.
