The Jomtien Complex Condotel is located within the Jomtien Complex, a shopping, dining and entertainment center located near Jomtien Beach. The development was completed in 1995 and has two towers. Tower A has 551 units, although some have been combined to make larger units and is serviced by three elevators. Tower B has 559 units, again some have been combined to make larger units, and is also serviced by three elevators. Both towers share a spacious lobby which offers restaurants, laundry services as well as a business that offers mailing services and safety box rentals. Both buildings have recently been repainted and the parking structures refurbished. Condo facilities include a swimming pool, fitness center, tennis courts, covered parking CCTV and 24-hour security.
