Hello and welcome to the October edition of the Coastal Real Estate newsletter.
Things are starting to pick up again after a bit of a lull and we are encouraged about the number of new inquiries we are getting.
We have also taken some very nice listings over the past few weeks and several properties have had substantial reductions in price making them even more attractive to potential buyers. A few have resulted in quick sales spending less than a week on our site. It just shows that if a property is priced right there are buyers out there ready to make a deal.

There are many activities such as a wagon parade, a 13 horse parade, buffalo decorating, a buffalo contest and the highlight of course, is the buffalo racing.
