Coastal Real Estate September 2018 Newsletter

We are very excited about the new Terminal 21 mall that will be opening in Pattaya soon. It will be a great addition to the city. We have been by the location quite a few times over the last month and it seems to be getting closer to the finish every day.

If you are in town you should drive by and take a look. It is very impressive! Projects like this will definitely add to the quality of life in the city and hopefully attract more residents.

Held in Songkhla, Satun khanom krok and sugar offerings are made to the to the monks. Enjoy coconut grating and milling competitions, Khanom Krok contests, and cultural performances by students.

Annual Moon FestivalSeptember 22nd– 24th

Held in Trang the festival is held on a full-moon night in the eighth month (according to the Chinese calendar).

The locals will set up beautiful tables for the ceremony and Chinese foods cooked by the Thoong Yao people are sold.

There is a Miss Lunar contest and you can enjoy cultural performances and the unique Thoong Yao's sweet tea.

You may have seen this condo in a previous newsletter or one of our Facebook posts or YouTube videos.
