เมื่อผมได้มีโอกาสนั่งคุยกับผู้จัดการ ซีรา สปอร์ต ซิสเต็ม คุณแอนดรู ซีมัวร์ เกี่ยวกับการออกกำลังกายที่บ้าน
ในตอนนี้พัทยาได้มีฟิตเนสเพิ่มมากขึ้นและมีราคาที่แตกต่างกันออกไปและมีหลายคอนโดได้มีห้องฟิตเนสสำหรับผู้พักอาศัย แต่ด้วยเหตุผลใดทำไมหลายคนถึงชอบที่จะออกกำลังกายในบ้านของตนเอง
